Did Democratic Presidential Candidate Hillary Clinton lose her law license?  Nationally known consumer bankruptcy attorney Peter Francis Geraci wanted  to know:  “does Hillary still have her law license?”  PFG was just down in Fayetteville Arkansas and visited the Clinton Museum.  No one seemed to know. So, on to the trusty internet. The Arkansas Judiciary website shows her license was suspended in 2002 for failing to complete her continuing legal education requirements. 

Of course, Mr. Geraci does not believe everything he reads on the internet, even the Arkansas Judiciary website, so PFG called the Clerk of the Arkansas Supreme Court and was hold for quite some time.  The Clerk’s office connected PFG to Denise, the “lady who takes care of the CLE” who confirmed that our Democratic candidate is suspended from the practice of law in Arkansas, and has been since 2002!   Peter Francis Geraci is admitted to practice law and in good standing in 7 states:  Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Florida, New York and California, and his law firm, Geraci Law, LLC has over 70 lawyers.  None of the Geraci Law attorneys ever get suspended from the practice of law for failing to complete their continuing legal education!

I was a bit nervous to start the process. When I called the rep made me feel very comfortable. I expected to feel terrible about myself after I got off the phone (obviously not extremely happy to be calling due to the reason), but he was great!
